Sr Civil Engineer/Civil 11 Engineer(2) BSC Civil Engineering / Btech Hons Civil ’Lead end guide ACTED’s technical interventions in the base. Ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented according to quality standards. Prepare Bills of Quantities and Designs as required by programmes,He/she shall take the lead in the development and implementation of a programme-specific accountability framework to act as a guideline for all programme activities. Targeted indicators as stated in the Project Management Framework (PMF) and/or Logframe are met in a satisfactory manner.”
Sub Engineer{8) sc Civil Engineering / DAE CivB The Sub Engineer is responsible for the supervision of the implementation of all technical interventions undertaken either through sub-contracting or through CFW. matching with ACTED’s quality criteria and strategy. He/She is fully responsible of activities in terms of quality, respect of the targets, bill of qualities and deadline. 2-3

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should be Self starter, efficient, proactive with good management skills. Ability to operate Microsoft Word. Excel, and Outlook software. Good Command of spoken, written English and good interpersonal skills required. Working experience In INGO.s with similar role is desirable. Ability to multitask under stressful conditions, flexibility to travel.
