1. Sclcction criteria is by transfer amongst Medical Officer in BPS-17 (Male and Female) with at least 02 years service in ihe Rural Area.
2. The applications of desirous In-Service Doctors must route through proper channel with necessary testimonials / documents duly attested and a Service Certificate.
3. No application will be entertained directly in this office. NO TA/pA will be ptid for interview.
4. Last date for receipt of application is 04-11 -2011
5. Interview will be twld in tlie office of 08-11 -2011 MS DHQ TH D 1 Khan.
