•    Applicants are required to apply online through HEC website http://hjp.hec.gov.pk and send hard copy of the same application along with the attested photocopies of required documents (viz. educational and experience certificates, domicile etc.). The applicants,against the ppsMn BP$-3 to BP$-1 ] may send their applications on the prescribed Performa available on HEC website and to the office of undersigned. Last date for submission of application 1S26-09-2011.

•    Application processing fee @ Rs. 200/- for posts in BPS 11- to BPS-14 and Rs. 100/- for posts in BPS-10 & below may be deposited in the online A/C No. 0112-7900567403 of HEC maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd. A proforma for depositing fee is available at www.hec.gov.pk/payment Banks Drafts I Postal Order will also be acceptable as application processing fee.

•    Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. Age relaxation will be given as per Government rules. Incomplete/ late applications will npt be entertained, Only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.

•    lest I Interview of eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad I Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted via video I audio conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates (i.e. Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore Ouetta& Peshawar).

•    The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered.

•    No TA/DA win be admissible for appearing in test/interview. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications.
