Pakistan Housing Authority is planning to re-organise its functions, thereby it is required to prepare following controlling documents to run various affairs efficiently: ^ g^to.allp-sperjobs.com
a) PHA Code relating to its operation, with respect to Administration and Financial Authorities at different levels.
b) General Specifications for Housing Construction works to be carried out through out Pakistan.
c) Computerized Composite Schedule of Rates to be prepared District Wise/ Division Wise or to cover the Four Provinces of Pakistan.
PHA therefore is interested to hire the services of experienced consultants, registered with PCATP/PEC who have proven history of working on above type of assignments. www.allp3perjobs.com
Interested consultant may therefore apply for obtaining the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the office of undersigned by providing brief of their relevant experience. Applications alongwith Technical and Financial proposals will be opened in the committee room of PHA on 19th September 2011 at 11:30 am in the Presence of Bidders.
