A. GENERAL MANAGER LEGAL SERVICES
• 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates who have done courses in Aviation Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law. Public International Law, Private International Law, Contracts, Labour Laws, will be given preference.
Minimum 15 years experience of working as practicing lawyer involving:
• Drafting Legal Documents
• Negotiating Contracts
• Handling Corporate Legal matters
• Conducting Litigious Cases before the Courts independently.

B. ASSISTANT MANAGER LEGAL SERVICES
• 2nd Division Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/Institute.
• Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Minimum 03 years experience as a practicing lawyer, including handling corporate legal matters, evaluating claims, preparing legal documents, vetting personnel related matters, conducting litigious cases before the courts independently.
35 years as on 01-09-2011

Note: General age relaxation of 05 years in upper age limit shall be available to all candidates for the above
mentioned both positions as allowed by Government of Pakistan.
