REQUIRED
Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. is seeking a PACS Administrator/ Coordinator having Masters in Computer Sciences from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 years of experience at a similar position.
The candidate should possess the following skill sets
O PACS System Administration, Project management, System Maintenance, Image and
Information Management (IIM) and Continuity of care. O Security and patient privacy (HIPAA) requirements, HIPAA requirements, Implementation
zones, Administrative safeguards, Physical Safeguards and Technical safeguards. O DICOM standards, AE, SCU/SCR FSR/FSC/FSU, association, Negotiation; ID. Abstract Syntax and Transfer Syntax.
O DICOM Messages and objects’ concept.
O DICOM Storage and image management Services like STC. MPPS, MWL, etc.
O DICOM Print, Query/Retrieve and SR.
O DICOM Image Quality.
O DICOM conformance statements. Comparing conformancestatementsand Gap Analysis.
O DICOM networking, DICOM Troubleshooting and HL7V2& V3.
O IHE Introduction, actors, profiles, IT infrastructure, NM and PDI profile
O Different levels of integration, Modality Integration, HIS/RISjPACS integration.
