PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANT

Sukkur IBA intends to have the reputable consultants/consulting firms registered with Pakistan Engineenng Council for the project Establishment of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Institute of Management Sciences. Dadu”, the work comprises design. BOQ, drawings, tender documents of following works: – Master Planning ^^ Civil Work O^C ^ Electrical Work Plumbmg Work Drainage/Sewerage System Landscaping and External Development Work Interior Decoration and Design
■ Communication System
■ Roads and Paths
■ HVAC Work
■ Installation of IT Equipments etc.
Consulting firms having a vast experience may apply. They are required to submit the following particulars/documents in original/ attested in their brochure along with applications for pre-qualification on or before 30th September. 2011.
■ Company Profile
■ List of full time technical and supervisory staff along with their bnef CVs.
■ Registration as Consultants with Pakistan Engineering Council.
■ Income Tax registration and clearance certificate
■ Details of works of similar nature already completed or in hand with cost, and satisfactory completion certificate from the concerned Executive Officer.
■ Details of Machinery and Equipments.
■ Financial stabilfty certificate issued from the recognized banks.
■ Affidavit regarding non-involvement in any arbitration/litigation with any government agency/department.
■ NTN registration and all registration copies.
■ Any other relevant information to facilitate in decision making.
■ The consulting firms supplying wrong information are liable to legal action and disqualification.
Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the office of
Resident Engineer on any working day dunng office hours.
The Director Sukkur IBA reserves the right to reject any or aH
the applications for pre-qualification in accordance with the
PPRA Rules provision
