Most Respected sir/madam
Please don’t do like this mean with out stipend, how its possible for a highly qualified person to join that institute i request president of Pakistan and Chief justice of pakistan that any institute posting such announcement should be punished with high penalty and should be baned for at least ten years for such announcement and any graduate who did not get RMO ship should be alloted training program in that particular institute with stipend of 200% raised as set by federal govt: so that they should realize their mistake .
